French term

conclusions d'avocat

French to English Law/Patents Law (general) summons to appear
Hello again,
This is another extract from a summons to appear at a repossession hearing. To my understanding the conclusions d'avocat are the documents in which the lawyer sets out the case for his client, would that be right? I have found pleadings, findings and submissions but I'm not sure what is correct here. Thanks for any help!
