Danish to English Medical Medical (general)

A patient was admitted to hospital due to a suspected heart attack. This patient had previously had a gastric bleed following treatment with non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs. A junior doctor (medical intern) consults with BV regarding what drugs to give this patient in view of the history (gastric bleed). BV suggests aspirin along with increasing the dose of pantoprazole that the patient is already taking.
I imagine that BV is probably a senior doctor and/or BV relates to a medical speciality.
