I believe the paper writing now produced to and marked by me to contain the true and original Last Will and Testament of John Doe who was born on the 23rd July 1955 and died on the 16th July 2010 aged 54 years and that to the best of my knowledge, information and belief there was no land vested in the said deceased which was settled previously to his death (and not by his Will) and which remained settled land notwithstanding his death.

... não havia nenhuma terra atribuída ao referido falecido, que foi ocupada anteriormente à sua morte (e não por sua vontade) e que tenha permanecido terra ocupada apesar de sua morte.
