A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: That is the exact analysis I was just doing! Only from the other questions, we can imagine it must be a piece of card, made into a cardboard tray. Without enough context, it is guesswork.

: Unlikely that the machine is in the warehouse, in my opinion. "Almacén" most probably the machine's deposit as you say.

Possibly. I took it to mean the machine is there in the warehouse doing this. More context would be required. Thank you. // Aren't warehouses generally machine-operated these days?

Discussion
I suspect it's a dispensing, filling and packaging machine but I can see two options without more context.
1) "....collects a box from the [machine's] deposit and positions it on the guides....."
2) "...collects a storage box/packaging and deposits/positions it on the guides..."
