The Gold Partner agrees to purchase and install at least two new activations within the current calendar year and gets a trade discount between a minimum of 40% and a maximum of 50% according to the table of trade discount for annual turnover engagement.

Should the Partner, at the end of a 4-months period, not reach or exceed the agreed turnover engagement for the given period, the Partner shall start the next period of 4-months with a new trade discount.
