This appears in a table describing the different emission sources of a waste treatment facility. There is no more context.

However, there are a couple of pdfs that come up when I google this, and I found this in one:

"b) En el procés d’assecat de bidons metàl·lics, existeixen tres nous focus, no declarats prèviament per l’empresa. Continuant amb la numeració de la Resolució d’autorització ambiental, aquests focus són:
- Focus núm. 14: Inici del túnel d’assecat
- Focus núm. 15: Final del túnel d’assecat
- Focus núm. 16: Extractor línia paral·lela d’assecat
Per tant, cal afegir aquests focus i fixar els límits d’emissió corresponents."

Any idea what this is? Grateful for any help--I have very little experience with this type of translation.
