No tengo muy claro a qué corresponde la abreviación del tipo de certificado. ¿Alguna idea?

: Yo me inclinaría a poner "del Consejo de Universidades del Estado de Nueva York"; sus miembros son personas nombradas por la asamblea legislativa del Estado, y la USNY no es una universidad sino un organismo rector de todas las universidades del Estado.
