Dosage is a specific term in champagne making.
It determines the sweetness of the finished champagne. The reason dosage has to be "juste" is that there should be a good balance between acidity and sweetness.
So it can be a problem to translate. I sometimes leave it in French in italics and if appropriate add an explanation in brackets (small quantity of sugar syrup added at the end of the champagne process).
Experienced champagne drinkers will know what it is.
Or you can side-step the issue and say something like "with well-adjusted final sweetness"
