crease and fluff resistance (lint resistance)
A more common expression is fnug (as in fnugfjerner), a device which removes the fluff from clothes.
If the fabric is rubbed in the hands, it will probably fluff rather than pick up lint, which essentially consists of fibres from other fabrics and household dust.
The fluff often hardens into tight balls or lumps, for instance round the armholes of a sweater or any area subjected to rubbing and wear.
Crease-resistant is more or less self explanatory.

In that case it would probably be something like crease and smudge resistant, but it is not an area I really know much about!
