Romanian to English Law/Patents Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Engineering diploma transcript

This occurs in the small print at the bottom of an examinations transcript. I am confused about the best term to use here for "corespondenta". I assume that this is describing how the marks and credits compare in some way. Or is this incorrect?

The context reads:

"rubrica "Nr. credite" se completeaza numai daca este cazul, iar corespondenta dintre note si credite se stabileste in conformitate cu reglementarile fiecarei institule de invatamant superior."
