audit of a société d'investissement collective
I'm translating an audit report on a real estate company's investments. The section talking about the profit recorded mentions the "quote part reçu suite à la vente d’une loge d’un immeuble". Do you think loge here just means an apartment? Loge makes me think of the place where the gardien resides but those aren't usually sold. Any ideas?

flat = BEng
apartment = AE
note that if this was a separate building (in an estate) then it would be a lodge house
