French to English Medical Medical: Cardiology ECG
One of those ones where I can sort of see what it has to be but have no idea what to call it in English.

ECG le lendemain matin n'a pas retrouvé d'augmentation du courant de lesion

Patient previously diagnosed with ACS, recovering well after catheterisation. chest pain recurred in the night but had gone by the time he reported it and had ECG.
