Il s'agit d'un site immobilier. Il distingue "Farmland" de "Agricultural land".
J'ai traduit "agricultural land" par terrain agricole, mais comment traduire "Farmland"? Connaissez-vous la différence?

for what purpose are these 2 terms used? and what difference does it make regarding the development of this site? Are they used to describe the current use of the land, or the possible authorised future use of the land when applying for planning permission, or the difference is made for tax purposes or …?
There's a lot of overlap in the meaning of "Farmland" and "Agricultural land", but they're not synonyms. You have the whole ST available - look at what difference it makes in the ST, and you'll have a reliable starting point.

I'd tend to agree with Tony il arrive qu'en anglais comme en français d'ailleurs on utilise deux adjectifs ayanty exactement le même sens. La question reste alors de savoir s'il est nécessaire de faire la même chose dans la langue cible.

Context In what way does your text differentiate between the two? Normally, I would consider the two to be exact synonyms, and I'm wondering if your text is simply using these as interchangeable terms? Does it anywhere actually say '...farmland and agricultural land...' in a way that makes it clear they consider it as 2 distinct things?

neutral Tony M : If 'farmland' means 'for growing crops' as distinct from 'grazing', then I'd agree -- but I'm far from convinced that is the distinction being made here in the s/t.

agree Max de Montaigne : You suggestion is probably the closest but I agree with Tony. Farmland is ambiguous in general, perhaps meaningless/redundant here. What is the point of such distinction, for a real estate domain ? Other (unconvinced) option: "terrains exploitables" ?

Les terres agricoles désignent la part du territoire qui est arable et qui est cultivée ou en pâturage de manière permanente.
