If it's a basic purchase and sales agreement I assume it uses the standard 甲乙/Party A, Party B. If so I would stick with "Party A" for the sake of consistency and convention.

Application of Party A

In contract Law usually "Party A" is used for 甲, but it could be different depending on the field (buyer, purchaser, agent, etc.) Do you have any more context (what items are being traded?)
Note from asker:
The document is a basic purchase and sales agreement. The additional document has information about CAD programs so I guess its about that.
