Phase de Marché
La mission que nous vous proposons se décompose en trois phases successives :
• 1 La phase de conception
• 2 la phase de Marché
• 3 la phase de réalisation
2 La phase marchés :
Sur la base du projet développé lors de la phase conception, cette phase doit permettre la
composition du dossier de consultation (DCE), comprenant l'ensemble des pièces écrites et de
représentations du projet, afin de permettre aux entreprises de chiffrer les travaux.
Ensemble, le Maître d'ouvrage et le maître d’œuvre consultent qui chiffreront les travaux.
Pour le bien qui nous concerne, nous conseillons de découper les lots comme suit :
• une entreprise pour dépose et démolition
• une entreprise générale pour maçonnerie, plâtrerie, peinture, carrelage, plomberie,
chauffage
• une entreprise pour agencement et menuiserie
• une entreprise d’électricité générale
• une entreprise de climatisation
Le maître d’œuvre analyse les offres et propose au Maître d'Ouvrage le meilleur choix, à la fois
d'un point de vue qualitatif et financier.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
