El arbitraje se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Lima, República del Perú, en idioma castellano, mediante la constitución de un Tribunal Arbitral conformado por tres (3) miembros, de los cuales uno será designado por cada parte y los dos árbitros así designados nombrarán al tercer árbitro quien presidirá el Tribunal Arbitral.
