Hi everyone,
I have stumbled on this term in a document explaining the "JOG method", which employs grout injections to jack up buildings.
I am at a loss on how to render this in English - I have done some searches, but they only return a few hits and I can't even tell whether this is a product's name or the technical name of an actual substance. The only character I have found that reads くさび is 楔 (wedge), and I fail to see the relationship...

Actually reading the passage you supplied introducing this phrase in quotation marks, would be tempted to adopt a more commercial marketing style to render it, i.e. more dynamic and spectacular as above.
