D Gda Fitzgerald and Gda

English to Lithuanian Law/Patents Law (general) policemen types
In Ireland police system Gda, an abbreviation of Garda refers to a lowest range of police. I guess in lithuanian it would be 'pareigunas', but am not sure. D Gda is a criminal investigation police officer, but I do not know how to translate it correctly into lithuanian: 'policininkas tyrejas'? Thank you in advance for suggestions for those names!

Hello asker If you needa translation into Lithuanian, you need to change your language pair as this is an EN-EN forum.
"Garda" however is not the lowest rank of Police officer, it is not a rank, but the Irish word which actually means "Police". Police cars in Ireland have the word "Garda" on them and Police stations have the word "Garda" outside them.
