Continuous Assessment
CC refers to "contrôle continu," where grades are based on ongoing testing/assignments throughout the year instead of being determined 100% by a final exam at the end of the course. The English equivalent is "continuous assessment."
As for abbreviations, I've seen both CA (Continuous Assessment) and CATs (Continuous Assessment Tests).

Discussion
could this be something multiplied times the coefficient?
