Light contours/Sculpted light
If I've understood you correctly, in that the 'lumière relief' is a design product that affects the way natural or artificial light falls on the surfaces, I'm wondering whether either of these could be an option.
For the other phrase, you could keep the 'contour' idea by saying 'a panel with raised contours' or keep the 'sculpted' idea by saying 'a sculpted panel' (I can't see the rest of the discussion now whilst I have my answer open so I don't remember what the rest of your sentece said), although it's hard to know whether this is correct without a picture in my mind of what exactly is meant.
There is also something else called 'light architecture' which means to design whole buildings to emphasize or affect how light falls but I'm not sure whether this product you're translating about is the design of a whole building, or an add-on.
