: Definitely not!! What's the logic in that? or was that a wild guess!!!
Added to the above, people used to say 'mam' for Madam(me)- Mrs- and have 'ma' for mother. Even the Queen of England is addressed as 'MAM'. My 'ma' and 'pa'. My mother and father.
