Daignosis:
Early osteoarthritis of the right knee joint.

History of present illness:
The patient has fracture of the lateral tibial plateau and avulsion of the tibial spine. The patient was treated with screw fixation to the tibial plateau and to the tibial spine.
Clinical examination:
The patient has healed scars. He has loss of full extension by 10 degrees. His flexion is 120 degrees.
