: To je opšti pojam: meeting = sastanak, a sednica vlade je specifična vrsta sastanka: session = a formal meeting or series of meetings (Oxford Dictionary). To nije sastanak kabineta, jer u Srbiji kabinet ne čine članovi vlade (ministri), već samo savetnici

Sednica vlade/parlamenta je session, vidite npr. Oxford OALD, UK Parliament, HM Government itd; uzgred, zašto samo dva učesnika. Verovatno „telefonska“ sednica nije moguća u UK, pa nema ni referenci. A konferencija je i u sr. i u en. nešto sasvim drugo.
