We have long acknowledged that without our housekeepers, transporters, maintenance workers, laundry technicians, groundskeepers, administrative assistants, receptionists, technicians, and so many others, the company would be like a big, powerful engine…with no fuel. Our frontline associates form 85% of our company. They truly are the Magic, and managing the Magic is the job of the other 15%—our GEM-ologists!
