Could it be that it's a word like "Kleenex" or "Coke", i.e. that it refers to something using the name of a well-known brand?

Discussion
"Ruby Run" gets some hits, but it may be a tradename, and it's not part of a cage.
What are the regulations? Which country are we talking about?
