chodzi o wyrażenie "submit", czy jest to "przedłożenie" (w domyśle) wyników audytu?

Program Requirement: Over the next several years, X will require all Licensees to submit qualified pre-production ILS Audits for all newly declared facilities and periodic qualified ILS Audits for all facilities used in the manufacture of products on an on-going basis. This requirement will apply to all facilities located in Permitted Sourcing Countries in Group
All Licensees will be given approximately 90 days to work with the facility to correct MCS violations (however X may specify a shorter time period in certain instances) and submit a qualified ILS Audit demonstrating compliance with at least the MCS.
