Es handelt sich um die Überlassung von Firmenfahrzeugen an Mitarbeiter:

Die Entgeldumwandlung endet mit der Fahrzeugüberlassung, wobei die Leasingdauer beachtet werden soll.

The cash equivalent ends with ???, whereby the leasing period has to be taken into consideration.

Wäre mein Vorschlag, allerdings fehlt mir Fahrzeugüberlassung.

neutral Steffen Walter : Not sure at all. "Die Entgeltumwandlung endet mit der Fahrzeugüberlassung" could also mean that it "ends simultaneously with the period for/during which the company car is provided/used." = "Die E. endet, wenn der Fahrzeugüberlassungszeitraum endet."

Perhaps. But then, adding the part about lease duration would strike me as disingenuous. Besides, I can only translate what's there rather than "improve" the source text.
agree CMFTrier : This sounds most natural to me: I envisage the final sentence being something like "The (financial) renumeration ceases at the time/point of vehicle handover."
