I know what it means, and there is a definition on the Internet: Наличие необходимых условий обеспечения чего-л., использования чего-л.
However, I cannot think of a word for обустроенность, and I do not want to use a phrase if possible. (It will be in the English text for the guide to a museum exhibition.) Has anyone got any ideas?

Here's a term that is widely used in design and engineering to describe well thought out, well rounded, foolproof systems tolerant of operator mistakes. Me thinks this is very much the intended meaning here even though I'd have to agree this is not the most common verbiage for the purpose.
