bac congélateur

Try typing in "island freezer" in Google IMAGES (see link), it's often very helpful to me. In this instance, I would say:
- bac congélateur
- bac de congélateur
- congélateur en bac

If you research the French web you can find varying companies who offer this kind of products:
http://www.idealo.fr/cat/10292F2187461/congelateurs-coffres....
http://www.techni-contact.com/produits/3939-7704736-congelat...
or even http://www.procold.fr/cat-8-Congelateurs-coffres.html, where they make a difference between "congélateur coffre" and "congélateur de cuisine"

You can find "congélateur profesionnel" or "congélateur de supermarché" as well, but this will be a less precise denomination.
Though, depending on your context it can be a useful alternative.

These are all terms I have come across for this type of freezer. the following page shows various images with varying names:

Note that the 'island' bit is probably the key element here: it is designed to stand alone in the middle of the floor (i.e. not in a line with other cabinets or backed against a wall) — hence all connections to it need to be made from within its own footprint or (less elegantly / safely) by dropping cables from above.

It would probably be helpful to know why this aspect is relevant in the context of the product in your document? Is this some kind of low-energy (or low-heat?) lighting for example? These sort of island freezers are less often illuminated than the vertical 'cupboard'-type ones.
