Pracuji na zpětném překladu informovaného souhlasu a nevím, jak se obratně vypořádat s termínem "spádový ošetřující lékař". Normálně bych asi volil GP, ale nejsem si jistý, jestli to lze takto zjednodušit (nerad bych v tom zpětném překladu něco vynechal).

An attending physician is used in the US to mean someone who has final responsibility, legally and otherwise, for patient care, even when many of the minute-to-minute decisions are being made by subordinates (ref: Wiki). In British English, the term would be Principal GP. Perhaps there is no harm in using only GP, although it seems they are drawing a distinction between a praktický lékář and an ošetřující lékař. If
