Trickier to work in as a noun here in EN, and my natural instinct would be to express it the other way round.

As stated in answer to another of Asker's questions, the 'zone d'insensibilité' is the dead-band, and as Cyril points out below, if we take the first 'Insensibilité' as being in fact short for the 'zone de...', then this term might be used in that instance at least.

Just for the sake of completeness, do note that another possible translation could be 'immunity', in the specific context of (e.g.) EMC and EMI. As Chris C. has suggested below.
Personally, I don't think this meaning would be applicable in Asker's specific context here.

Thanks, J! Not too sure; to me, that would suggest 'not sensitive at all', whereas here, I'm not sure if that is really the case; certainly, for the first instance.

: The first 'Insensibilité' is just short for 'zone d’insensibilité', no 'lack of' needed. 'Insensitivity' and 'insensitivity range' further down the sentence.

Thanks Chris! Though I must admit, I don't actually believe it means 'insensitive' (= immune) in that way; I think we are talking about detection / servo loop sensitivity (to some extent, hysteresis around the zero point)

You probably need to take on board that 'réglage' here is not an adjustment or setting done by some operator, but more likely 'the way the regulator works'. As such, 'adjustment' may or may not be suitable here.
