Hi,
I'd appreciate your help with this term.
It is referring to a company, not an individual, that stores, loads and unloads containers at docks.
I understand warehouseman, warehouser are for individuals, and I don't think storage company covers the entire scope of activities or is suitable in this context.
Context:
"Almacenista: Actúa en su calidad de almacenista y guarda en depósito la carga en sus almacenes ya sean propios o alquilados."

I believe "terminal operator" is the name of companies involved in loading/unloading and warehousing in port areas (at docks). The term is used worldwide

: If they load and unload containers, as Robert says they do, "terminal operator" is good. But almacenistas don't usually do that, and I'd go with "warehousing company".

Thanks Charles. Yes, "warehousing" very common and a dock warehouse is probably Customs/Excise bonded as well

IMO, you should be specific if you're dealing with shipping containers.
Since this entry is dealing with warehouse storage exclusively, I'd use container storage to escape the blanket term.
If you're dealing with the full range of internal transport you mentioned in your context description, an internal Wiki search for "container handling" brought up a lot of entries related to containers and major shipping port city facilities.
Possible start to your translation using both:
Container storage: in its capacity as a container handling company, <name of company> stores ...
Or some variations thereof.
