I have made a literal attempt below, but it is not really making sense... it is an insurance doc related to subrogation of liability
IN THE EVENT THAT AN INJURED THIRD-PARTY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY MAKES A CLAIM AGAINST THE AFOREMENTIONED COMPANIES, TO THE RECIPIENT OF AN INDEMNIFIABLE CLAIM COVERED UNDER THIS POLICY, THE AFOREMENTIONED COMPANIES SHALL BE DEEMED INSURED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE LIABILITY COVERED IN THE AGREEMENT.
