I don't know what to do about freundliches Feedback. Is it positive feedback (if so, I need another word for positive Resonanz) or was it "freundlich" of the participants to send in their comments, or has it a specific meaning in marketing? "positive feedback" and "encouraging response" are both such strong idioms in English that they are hard to get around without sounding awkward or forced.
