French term
Flux et Paiements
French to English
Tech/Engineering
Finance (general)
Can't give you much context, this is an opening description of an existing product set, taken from a banking institution requirements document
"Enjeu pour XX-XX
XX-XX est la plate-forme Flux et Paiements du groupe zzz"
Currently translated as ‘Transaction Management and Payments’, could be ‘Workflow and Payments’, or other...
Thanks!

Cash Flows and Payments
Just a guess. Could be cash flows given the context.

Comment: "Thanks guys - I have actually gone with 'Cash Movement and Payments' - to avoid the possible misunderstanding due to 'cash flow' having its own meaning within general business."

Payment flows (and fund transfers)
"and fund transfers" makes the term a bit too wordy for my liking, but it covers all the bases which the FR may have intended, I think.
Or (and transfer of funds).
Flux de paiements would translate simply as "payment flows", and this would be my preferred option, clean & simple. The ref doc below mentions both "transfer of funds" and "payment flows" as the objectives of a payment services system, and since they can have different meanings in different contexts, it might be advisable to include both - but I wouldn't :-)

Discussion
I have seen it translated as 'flux'... but it doesn't look right/and is a probable 'lazy' translation. Transfers is possible, yes.
Additional context in subsequent paragraph, "Au service des banques du Groupe, il intervient principalement dans les domaines de la monétique, du traitement des flux et de la sécurité des moyens de paiement."
'flux' could still be transactions; could also be exchange/rates; workflow; ...
Thanks
