Hi,
This is for a catalogue from a Catalan company selling "embutidos". "Vela" refers to a long thin chorizo, "Sarta" to one which is horseshoe shaped. Any suggestions how to put it into succint English?

I think you can leave them as they are without any expanation as there are lots of UK and US Deli's selling them with the Spanish names only even in TESCO as you can see
