The slats used to redirect the flow of air within a wind tunnel are often referred to as "vanes" (also "turning vanes" or "guide vanes").
This assumes that by "where the wind comes in," you are referring to where the wind enters the piping downwind of the test chamber and not simply where it enters the machine upwind of it (e.g. simply an "intake")?
