In my opinion, "apalancamiento" is not applicable in this context. It means "leverage" and it's a financial term. I would suggest "seminario sobre estrategia" or "seminario estratégico".

hebelworkshop Sure this is a workshop about strategy, but how to say it.
I believe that hebel in this context is the pretty well know leverage / so it is a strategy involving leverage / based on leverage. If one is to believe the IATE dictionnary, that might be strategia por apalancamiento/effeto de apalancamiento and so an equivalent might be taller sobre estragias en apalancamiento/.....
