Spanish term

del mismo parto nació otra criatura

Spanish to English Medical Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Birth certificate
The phrase is: "Del mismo parto nació otra criatura como lo expresa el acta que sigue" - showing that this person has a twin brother.

My first version would be "Another child was born from the same delivery...", but I wonder if there is a nicer or more professional way of putting it.

Can anybody give suggestions? Thank you!

the delivery included another child

Since you know they're twins, another option might be "the delivery included a second child."

mother delivered twins

No veo la necesidad de mantener la falta de claridad del original; hay mejores maneras de decir lo mismo.
