supply account

English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Termin pochodzi z ogólnych warunków dostawy (pisanej przez Włochów). Pojawia się w najróżniejszych kontekstach, np.:

1) The Supplier is likewise obligated not to transfer (...) ownership of the supply account;
2) All the conditions (...) will be valid and effective throughout the duration of the supply account;
3) (...) in case of the termination of the Supply Account;
4) Each Order that may be sent to the Supplier will contain the essential supply account details (...);
5) (...) to be made at the end of each year and/or at the end of each Supply account

Kilkakrotnie pojawiają się także zwroty "purchase account"/"sales account", które moim zdaniem tyczą się tego samego, co termin "supply account", np.
"Purchase accounts among the Parties (...) do not constitute purveyance (...)"

Wydawało mi się, że może chodzić o "dostawę", ale ona sama jest już zdefiniowana jako "Supply". Z kolei "rachunek" (np. dostaw, zakupu, sprzedaży) nie za bardzo mi pasuje, bo i jak można przenieść jego własność.
Typowałem też "stosunki" ("operacje"), ale z powodu wspomnianego w poprzednim zdaniu, niestety również odpadają.
