Spanish term

que se hace propio

Non-PRO Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Comision Rogatoria (Spain
Phrase within sentence: En el presente caso, procede acordar lo solicitado por cuanto y como se desprende de la CR precedente que se hace propio de esta resolución para evitar reiteraciónes...

My translation: in the present case the request is agreed to as contained in the previous Letter Rogatory that forms a part of this resolution to avoid repetitions...

The phrase is from the 'razonamientos jurídicos' section of a letter rogatory. I am unclear on the meaning of ques se hace propio in this sentence and am unsure if I have conveyed the meaning accurately at all!

Any advice on this particular part of the sentence is gratefully received and of course any other comments on my translation are also welcomed.
