Non-PRO German to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
Nettokaltmiete: EUR 430,00 (im ersten Vertragsjahr)
Betriebskostenvorauszahlung: EUR 54,12

Die Heizkosten sind nicht Bestandteil der Miete und werden über den Gasverbrauch mit der GASAG abgerechnet.

ACHTUNG:
Es soll möglichst ein Mietvertrag für 3 Jahre abgeschlossen werden mit den nach folgend genannten Nettokaltmieten. Dies ermöglicht dem Mieter eine überaus günstige Einstiegsmiete und sichert so einen erfolgreichen Start des Geschäftsbetriebs !!!
