Is there a specific term for this?
Trim, shrinkage and value loss? Trim and shrinkage loss?
I'm thinking of simply 'carcass weight loss' but I'm not sure if this is what is commonly used. Any help what be really appreciated.

However, since it is specifically stated, 'carcas weight loss' will not do. Translating this one literally is "alternatiefloos" (alternativlos = German Unword of 2011).
