"loan servicing" may be slightly different than general services – I came to this conclusion from searching this specific term as well as the fact that in the agreement itself they refer to the "servicer" (who is basically the debt collector) a legal title which exists in the States but does not have an equal here in Israel (only appears in English in the context of "עסקאות איגוח")
