Dutch term

Uitwerkingsgraad

Dutch to English Tech/Engineering Transport / Transportation / Shipping
I am stuck on the correct english translation (word) for "Uitwerkingsraad". It has to do with technical information (diameters etc.) of railway tracks. I am hoping that somebody could point me in the right direction. Many thanks!

It is a pleasure(-;

This seems like a good choice, in this context it would then be a "detailed elaboration of the optimal route plan". Thank you.
