In the event of any changes of any laws, rules and regulations imposed by any authority or any general rate increase by any third party subcontractor of X, having a significant impact exceeding (insert percentage) over a period of (insert timeframe (not exceeding 15 calendar days)) on the respective freight capacity rates from X’s third party subcontractor; each Party shall have a right to propose negotiations and the obligation to negotiate in good faith with the aim of implementing any necessary amendments to the existing agreed pricing
