o Pourquoi ? La fidélisation d’un client ne se fait qu’en se rappelant à sa mémoire, en développant sa curiosité, en créant le désir.
o Comment ? Utiliser le service après vente, la maintenance, l’arrivée de la prochaine collection, l’avertir de l’arrivée d’un article commandé, le prochain évènement comme argument. Il est également primordial de savoir de quelle façon le client accepte d’être contacté (Téléphone, SMS, e-mail, courrier…). A partir du moment où le client spécifie cette indication, les assistants de vente n’auront aucun scrupule à devoir le contacter.

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

In italiano non si può tradurre la frase letteralmente con l'espressione "non farsi scrupolo/i", che in genere si utilizza con una connotazione negative e spesso morale, nel senso di non avere esitazione a compiere un'azione cattiva o comunque riprovevole.

Il ne faut pas perdre de vue que le texte vise à indiquer aux vendeurs ce que l'on attend d'eux. Relancer le client est avant tout une obligation et je pense qu'on ne peut pas faire l'impasse sur la traduction du terme "devoir " dans " devoir le contacter ".

Il est possible que des vendeurs aient émis des réserves sur cette forme de " harcèlement " qui consiste à relancer le client pour susciter un nouvel achat. La communication de ses coordonnées de la part du client pourrait être perçue comme un consentement à être en quelque sorte " dérangé" . Les vendeurs n'auraient donc plus auncune raison de na pas obéir aux directives de leur employeur.
