Portuguese term

presa de porco

Portuguese to English Other Food & Drink pork cuts
Can someone please tell me what the English (preferably UK) equivalent of this cut is?
There is no "context" as it's a menu item - in any case, context should not be necessary to interpret a cut of meat.

I agree with Tobias People are trying to help.

context If the context is a menu item, I'd go with what I already suggested. If it's the cut per se, I'd go with Nick's suggestion or 'boneless pork shoulder' since bone-in or boneless is a material fact when ordering meat.
lexical (asker) Feb 5, 2012:
Context is not necessary... ...to people who know what cut of pork (NOT "port" I hope) this is. That's all I want to know. You can leave me to decide how to phrase it.
Context IS necessary Hi - I think that the two entries - shoulder of port by Tobias and also Pork Shoulder by Nick Taylor are both good - but which to use depends on what else is served with it. In this case, both would be right but one might sound better than the other depending........

Note from asker:
Nice references, Tobias, especially the Spanish one. Exactly like the presa in my supermarket here.
