そういう意味では、立替分還付と言う場合は、reimbursement of medical feesになるかと思います。
「とりあえず、全額払っとくので後で返してね」的なニュアンスだと、Yukiさんのおっしゃる「仮払い」が一番近いように思います。みなさん、ご意見・ご教示お願い致します
