I am not quite sure if this is the most prevalent expression, but I think this conveys the meaning of the part you are asking.
You didn't ask, but do you know what 本契約と異なる事項 is supposed to mean? Literally it refers to items that are different from this Agreement. Does it make sense?

: あげられている用例では、"shall not preclude"は「法令」の中で使われています。「契約書」ではありません。契約書中で使われる「妨げない」は、禁止（shall not）というよりは許可（may）であり、「shall not preclude"はニュアンスが違うと思っています。
